Greener Creations, LLC provides lawn care and related services, including but not limited to mowing, landscaping, fertilization, and maintenance. Services are provided based on availability and may be subject to scheduling constraints and weather conditions.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date contact and payment information.
• Ensure access to your property on scheduled service dates.
• Keep pets, objects, and obstacles clear from work areas.
• Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any service cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in additional charges or service refusal.

3. Payment & Billing

• Payment for services is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payments.
• Late payments may be subject to penalties or service suspension.
• Any disputes regarding billing must be raised within 7 days of the invoice date.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Customers may cancel services with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Prepaid services are non-refundable but may be credited for future use.
• If we are unable to complete a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Text Messaging & Communications

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages regarding service updates, billing, and scheduling. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP."

6. Liability & Service Limitations

While we strive to provide high-quality service, we are not responsible for damages caused by:

• Pre-existing lawn or property conditions.
• Weather-related delays or interruptions.
• Customer failure to maintain their lawn between services.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion, including cases of non-payment, repeated cancellations, or inappropriate behavior towards staff.
